All the guards are SIA Licensed and screened BS 7858 and operate in accordance with BS 7499 code of practice for static guarding and mobile patrol service. All the officers maintain communications with Golden Dragons' 24 hour control room, which under the guidance of operation managers, coordinates all incident responses and logs/reports all occurrences in full.
